The map at the bottom of the page shows the layout of tables for the dealer room for 2008. The Dealer Room for this year is sold out, but we're accepting requests to be put on the waiting list in case of a cancellation, and you're welcome to inquire about next year and/or any other dealer-room-related topic for which you'd like more information. When requesting space, if you can use a corner of an island to advantage, please specify that in the "Notes and requests" section. All tables are 6 ft by 30 inches; tables on corners share back space.

By submitting this Application, you agree that if you are accepted as a Dealer at ApolloCon 2008, you will abide by the Rules of the conference, the the hotel, and the Dealer Room. Tables are $60 each with two memberships included. Added memberships are $20 each.

(Note: We will email you the instructions for payment either by mail or online as soon as we have verified that space is available. Please do not submit payment before receiving this confirmation.)

The dealer room has 28 tables; since space is limited, there is a three-table limit per dealer. If you would like to have an additional table, please indicate that fact in the "Notes and requests" section. If, on May 31, there are still tables available, we will make additional tables available beyond the three-table limit to the dealers who requested them. We do not anticipate that this will, in fact, occur.

We are unable to provide a telephone line in the Dealer Room to use for charge card transactions. Cell phones worked well in this facility during ApolloCon 2005 and 2006.

Note: Table layout can and will be modified slightly to relocate the access gaps when a single dealer is assigned both of the tables adjacent to a gap, but the overall position of the rows and corners is not flexible. Table locations shown in grey have already been allocated; specific location information will be posted to the Dealer List as the room fills.
